Janet Quilty

Janet grew up in Melbourne where she worked as a teacher for many years before retiring to a quiet life in the country, not far from Daylesford. She has always been interested in art and colour, studying art at Warrnambool TAFE, with a major study in tapestry weaving.

Janet’s backyard is the Wombat State Forest and it is here she finds inspiration for her unique drawings, paintings and weavings.
